Alternatively, you may find the Skin Cleaning Foam from Senset works to gently loosen and lift soiling from the skin. The formula leaves a water repellent on the skin, which protects the skin from wetness. It also contains high levels of emollient and moisturisers to protect damaged or sensitive skin.
