Kapitex Tracoe Twist 306 Tracheostomy Tube Size 7 - Each

Kapitex Tracoe Twist is designed with a unique swivelling neck plate that is anatomically shaped, moving around 2 axes (horizontal and vertical).
This allows the patient to turn his neck freely in all directions in comfort and to reduce pressure problems from movement from the distal end of the tube digging into the tracheal mucosa.

The anatomical shaped neck flange ensures a perfect fit onto the neck, providing a major comfort feature.

Positive locking of the inner cannula is achieved by the Tracoe twist inner cannula in the outer tube housing. The arrow on the 15mm connector indicates correct positioning so confidence is provided that the inner cannula is securely in place. This is particularly important when using with ventilators.

The Tracoe Twist is made of a light and flexible material and the body temperature makes it even more supple. This contributes to the outstanding comfort for the patient.

The wall thickness of the tube is much thinner than a standard plastic tube to allow a greater volume of inspired air to enter the tube.

Kapitex Tracoe Twist 306 is a Low pressure cuffed tracheostomy tube that is not fenestrated with subglottic suction line.

The Twist 306 comprises of: Outer cannula with cuff and subglottic suction line, 2 inner cannulas with 15mm connector, 2 connectors for suction devices and perforated obturator and wide neck strap. The Twist 301 is supplied in a sterile package.
