Use instructions
The J-Flex dosing system does give controlled dosing for both for high and low concentration. High concentration for wet/damp mopping or for heavy soiling. Low concentration for machine application and/or light soiling. Dosage:
Manual Cleaning: Rotate selector valve to bucket high dosage (Icon of bucket with three drops inside) and fill bucket with solution. (Concentration: 0.5%). Machine Cleaning: Rotate selector valve to bucket low dosage (Icon of bucket with one drop inside) and fill scrubber drier with solution. (Concentration: 0.2%). For heavy soilage use the J-flex set to high dosage. (Concentration: 0.5%). Proper dosage and temperature save costs and minimize environmental impacts. Application:
1. Manual Cleaning-mopping: Apply the solution with a mop and remove the soiled solution.
2. Machine cleaning - direct method: Apply the solution to the floor, scrub with pads or brushes and remove the soiled solution.
3. Machine cleaning - indirect method / heavy soil: Apply solution with scrubbing action and squeegee blade up, allow contact time before scrubbing for a second time with squeegee blade down to remove the solution. Rinse with clean water if necessary.
